Dear Responsible Employees,

Thank you for completing your 2022 training. We know this requirement is one of many trainings and expectations placed on you, and may be additionally challenging during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

This year we used a new platform for this training, Carolina Talent. We greatly appreciate our partners in HR Information Management and the Office of Digital Accessibility in moving the training and facilitating our technical needs. We are aware multiple reminder emails were sent to everyone, even after completing the training and quiz. We hope to be able to streamline these reminders next year to only those who need them. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to make this training as efficient as possible.

We are grateful you took the time and shared your energy with us to provide an informed and consistent response across campus to those impacted by protected status harassment, discrimination, and sexual misconduct. The Responsible Employee designation is a significant tool in our ability to create and maintain a safe campus for all of us.
