As the new semester begins, we’d like to remind you that the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office (EOC) is open and we continue to receive reports from students, faculty and staff.  We are operating remotely but EOC are available during regular business hours to answer questions and take reports.

If you or someone you know believes they are experiencing discrimination or harassment based on age, color, disability, genetic information, national origin, race, religion, sex (including gender, gender expression, or gender identity), sexual orientation, and veteran status – or if you know of someone who has been impacted by sexual misconduct, including sexual harassment and sexual violence, stalking or relationship violence – you can contact the EOC to learn more about confidential support and private reporting options.

You can also submit information online through the Reporting Form. After completing the online reporting form, you may be contacted by someone from the Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office to gather additional information, as needed.

To learn more about the EOC, please visit the EOC website or you can email  one of the EOC’s Report and Response Coordinators to ask specific questions. The Report and Response Coordinators can answer questions by email or we will find a time to meet with you by phone or Zoom.

If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, please consider calling 911. If someone is injured or in need of medical attention, calling for medical help is recommended before reaching out to the EOC.
